Good day
I purchased a cellphone 2 weeks ago, it always saying in transit
If I track the number to the destination, but it says delivered by air
Transport on a china website, can a small parcel really take 3 weeks and still counting just from china to africa, please help, my tracking numver is RP012964948CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU859312711CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Aug 16.

After sent to airline, Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

After sent to airline, there will be no status update until parcel passes South Africa customs. So your parcel will seem to stuck in sent to airline status for 2 to 3 months without anything changing,

Thank you for your response, 1 other question, I gave my Central african republic, but the shipping address shows South Africa is there something that I also need to know?

If you are in Central Africa, this mean your seller shipped the goods to wrong country or gave you wrong tracking number. You might be scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud.
