now the shipment has not been updated in china post's systems yet.
so you will have to wait a few hours to a few days for them to update the tracking.
if after many days the shipment is still not updating , then contact seller or file a dispute.
when did the seller ship the item , when did you order it ?

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
