My package has been processed through a facility in Guangzhou China, since July 8th. Is this a normal wait time? My tracking number is LY410314716CN thanks.

LY410314716CN seems to be delayed in Guangzhou. normally parcel should arrive USA in 7 to 20 days. I suggest you wait one or two more weeks, if parcel is still in Guangzhou by early Aug, you need open dispute for lost parcel.
