Hi. I would like to know what is going on with this package LY805306620CN. I put this in the tracking system and it tells me there is no record of this shipment from China to the USA. Please help. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY805306620CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
