Hi, I just wanted to check if you could help me locate my order, the tracking number is RK030867094CN. I have already used the china tacking, it keeps saying it is in Russia since 13th October. I would appreciate an update, thank you.

RK030867094CN should stuck in Nanjing customs. If you can not get it next week, you should open dispute and claim refund.

Hi, I have just noticed that my parcel says the destination is RUSSIA, but I live in the UK? Also I had another package that AG013375506CN, which was in SHANGHAI and now when I check on it, i says China Post never received the parcel? Please can you tell me if you any information about it, thanks
