Hello

I have an EMS package from Japan that arrived at Ghuangzhou since June 3rd. The tracking number is EL 438 258 815 JP

There has been no update since that time. It has not been delivered or sent back so can I get any help regarding the status of this package please? Any information would be helpful since I have zero information as to what is going on with it now.

your parcel should have customs clearance problem. Ask receiver call china post hotline 11183 and try to inquiry detail.

Okay. I made the call myself and the employee who answered told me that the package is missing a message. Her English was broken so I didn't understand what she meant by message. I asked if the address information is wrong she said no. She told me that the receiver (Posta Plus) have to login to the EMS website and input some information or send a message about the package. I am in Kuwait and I am using Posta Plus as a freight forwarder. Didn't have any problems in USA or Canada. But this is definitely the first and last time I use the China address.

Also Posta Plus are refusing to help me with this problem because it's their policy to only deal with package problems once they have the package. Since they don't have it they are not authorized or obligated to contact EMS or Login to the website to help me. I need real help here and I don't know who can help me sort this out.
