Muy buenos días ....hace días hice una compra, la cual el envío aún no sale ni hay registro de envío quisiera saber qué sucede con mi compra ....el número de envío es RU254523068NL.... necesito ayuda porfavor de ante mano muchas gracias

RU254523068NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website when parcel arrives its first station Netherlands.
