http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG955084628CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post , but never actually shipped anything. You are scammed.

you need open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
