Post LZ731713133CN HELP PLEASE!?

Hi recently placed 2 orders one has been updated every day and is due for delivery today. The other is just stuck on despatch from sorting center 4 days ago? The tracking number is LZ731713133CN tried royal mail website and still says item is departing originating country is this normal or could something be wrong e.g stuck at customs for some reason? Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ731713133CN was shipped on Aug 27. You need wait 10 to 20 days to get it in UK. just wait one or two more weeks, it will show up in Royal Mail website.

Sometimes late shipped a couple of LUCKY parcels can arrives much earlier. This does not mean your early parcel has any problem. LZ731713133CN was shipped on Aug 27 by seller, its NORMAL arrival time should be around Sep 15.
