Hello my tracking number has not moved since the 28th of july. And stil stand on No shipping record! can you please help me track it? My tracking number is. LZ635509841CN Thank you!

No shipping record means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
