Please help me find out why my package had been in customs for almost 1 month.
Is this normal? it was passed over to customs on June 29th when will it be released?
when should i expect it to arrive in the UK? tracking number LZ453459094CN

LZ453459094CN should have problem. Normally parcel will pass customs in 2 to 3 days.

I suggest you wait one more week, if it is still in customs , open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
