This package has been stuck. You ALWAYS say 7-20 days. This is day 18. Don't tell me it's going to take another week or two if you keep claiming it will take a MAXIMUM of 20 days. What do I do next?

Your parcel is still in China. you can do nothing but waiting at this moment.

Once the parcel arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will shows USA location.

That doesn't answer my question. You claim 7-20 days. So why is it so many packages are stuck beyond that period? What are we even paying for?

7-20 days is based on our statistics. There might be some delay caused by weather, airline shortage ,customs/security inspection and other factors and the actual waiting time might be more than 30 days(not very common).

By the way, I just tell you the truth of shipping time from China. Buying from China can save you a lot of money for reasonable quality products. Shipping time from china in most of time is acceptable but not that accurate and easy to predict.

If you are really need to buy something to meet some specific time deadline, I believe it is not a good idea to buy from China or other oversea countries.

I fail to understand this when I ordered another package AFTER this one was sent (also from China) and it arrived yesterday. How did a package that was sent AFTER this one arrive to me already but this one is still stuck in China? Other than the fact it got lost.

Unfortunately China Post does not work on first come first out principle. The reason is very complex and not easy to explain in short words.

I just tell you the factor: Some lucky parcel can arrive in 7 days and other early shipped parcel might still waiting in airport. This is very common and does not mean the early shipped parcel is lost.

You only need to worry lost if your parcel can not arrive after 30 days.
