USPS.COM shows CLARKSTON, GA 30021, Insufficient Address, Your item was returned to the sender on July 20, 2018 at 9:58 am in CLARKSTON, GA 30021 because of an incomplete address.

If you paid with paypal, you need open dispute for refund asap.
