:( :( :( Hello everyone, On 14 July I ordered an item from pixkol.com.
The transactions were successful via PayPal and the following day, I received an email stating that my shipment is on its way with the order number and also a tracking number LZ580603669CN. However as I clicked on the Link provided to track, it states no shipment record was found. I tried searching every day hoping to find any leads but to no avail. PLEASE HELP! :(

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ580603669CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal against fraud.

Thank u for the reply . Really appreciate it. Can I know how do I open dispute to PayPal ? Pardon me for the novice question as it's my first time purchasing from this website

you need login to paypal resolution center and open disputue or contact paypal customer service to help you.
