I have tracked my package and it says it was unsuccessfully delivered on August 9th. I have not recieved anything to say how I can collect it or if I can get it resent. Can you resend my package to a different address in Beijing or return it to the sender as neither have happened so far. My tracking number is RU202113408GB.

you can ask receiver to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel.

I can't speak chinese, are you able to find out where my package is and post the address on here for me?
