Hi, mi package is stuck in Hangzouh since 08/10/2018
The tracking number is LZ875591935CN
what shall I do to open a dispute for lost package?

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you can contact their customer service to open dispute . But now it is too early to open dispute, I suggest you wait one or two more weeks. If you can not get it by Nov 16, then open dispute.
