Hello my package tracking has not updated in about 10 days and I was just wondering if I should be concerned and if there was a suggested time frame it may arrive. Anybody who is able to help, thank you! Tracking is LY720730921CN

No need worry anything. In some stage(after parcel was given to airline company and before the parcel passes USA customs), you can not see any update, this might take 7 to 20 days.

Once the parcel passes US customs, you will see new status in usps.com tracking result (use same china post tracking number).
