Hello, the status of my package has not been updated for a week. It is marked as "Item held at inward office of exchange" since October 6th. Can you please let me know if there is something wrong?

CY285760985DE arrived in Hangzhou customs on Oct 11. If you have written the receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel, he/she should have received a passcode to make online customs clearance. After receiver has done online customs declaration , China Post will make delivery.

Hello, the status of my package still remains unchanged. Can you please let me know if the receiver made customs clearance? I wrote their number on the package. It is a return (CY285760985DE).

CY285760985DE arrived China on Oct 6. But receiver didn't make customs clearance. Did you write receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel? If yes, Receiver should have received a customs clearance passcode via text message from China Post. He can use that passcode to do customs clearance online.
