When I track my order half the time nothing comes up, then sometimes it says enroute, leaving the airport on June 29th. Been over a month since then. Tracking number is RU860918945CN. What do I do now?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU860918945CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jul 1. Normally it will catch airline in 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline. Then it will wait for import processing in Richmond BC. How long it will complete import processing depends on your luck. As per CBC and GlobeMail report, Canada Post often let china post register mail parcel staying in their warehouse for 30 to 60 days without processing . So you might wait 3 months to get your parcel.

Next time please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada, ePacket takes only 2 to 3 weeks to reach Canada receiver.
