Hi, on 6th Sept I placed an order that apparently had a 6 day processing time and a 15-34 day delivery window. Although the entire 34 days haven't passed, I would still like to know where my parcel is.

The tracking number is RN003661396CN

The tracking information states that there was some type of "collection" on 23 Sept, and that its current location is NULL, with its location being PEK. I have no idea what that means, so can someone please tell me where the item I paid for is.
