Post Is my parcel lost?

Hello,

The tracking for the parcel is LY846597153CN. It has now been almost 3 weeks since it was shipped and I can't even tell if the parcel has already left China or if it is lost somewhere.

Could you please tell me where it is or if its lost?

LY846597153CN is still stuck in Shanghai. I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not see new status by Nov 12, open dispute for lost parcel refund.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. From what you can see, will it be put on a plane in the next couple of days or is it stuck waiting for an available plane?

You can not know exact situation. It might be lost or simply delayed. If you can not get it by Nov 12, it is more than 80% chance to be lost.
