My tracking order is: LY510379895CN and when I try to track it, it says there is no record. Please let me know if possible yet if this is a scam so I can get the ball rolling on that process. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY510379895CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
