Hello, im from Colombia and i bought something in aliexpres, and then i recived the notification that my product was sent the 03/08/2018 , then the next day the shop disapears and the information in the track doesnt change it's always the same "shipping notice received from seller( AliExpress )" and i dont know what to do, please tell me if this is normal. the track number is RY244745839CN thanks!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
