Since 18th November I do not see any update on my parcel. The consignment details in India do not show any receiving neither there is any update from China post. Can you please help?

Can Someone please tell me what is going on with my package? The tracking number is listed (RG099387923CN) Here is the latest information I found when tracking on two different sites
