Post HELP WITH MY ORDER!

so i bought something in aliexpress, and then i recived the notification that my product was sent the 03/08/2018 , then the next day the shopdisapears and the information in the track doesnt change it's always the same "shipping notice received from seller( AliExpress )" and i dont know what to do, please tell me if this is normal.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no= LA501005802CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(Aliexpress shipping platform )". This means your seller applied a tracking number from Aliexpress website, but never actually shipped anything. You are scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.

thanks alot, the problem is that the shop disapeared so i cant contact them. what can i do? this is my track number RY244745839CN

You need contact Aliexpress, open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
