Hi,
I am missing a package delivered by China EMS. I have contacted the company that I ordered from and the direction I received was that I needed to contact the shipper. I contacted Canada Post and after 6 weeks they have told me to contact China Post. Since you are their customer you need to put in a claim directly with them.
The background is that the package is noted as delivered on September 10th. I did not receive the package. I am getting the run around by every company in terms of who is responsible. Will China Post contact Canada Post directly to open a claim as they have directed or provide me additional guidance on how to resolve this?

You need ask seller to file investigation with China Post. If seller does not contact China Post , or they can not find the parcel from china post, you can open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

Everyone is telling me that I need someone else to submit a claim? Why can't I just do it? I'm the one that is missing the package? Who is the seller in this case? The company I purchased the item from or Canada Post (the postal service who was supposed to deliver the package to my door)? It has been 2 months since the package was supposed to be delivered and everyone I talk to says it's someone else's responsibility.

And who is paypal/aliexpress? I paid the company I purchased the product from directly. They tell me I need proof from China Post that I opened an investigation and the package cannot be found. Canada Post also tells me that China Post needs to open an investigation with them because you are actually the customer, not me, as you paid them to deliver to my house. Can China Post provide me something to say the package is missing or open an investigation?

1.You must check with the post which delivered product to the wrong person and found out who received it. The post will have record.
2. When you bought directly from company, not from any website, you can not claim with other eiter Ali, Ebay etc... You must claim directly to the company that they sent to the wrong address.

If you have a prove from Canada post that they delivered to the wrong address, then you can send this prove to the company which you bought the product.

In your case the seller is the company, not Canada post or China post. Both of them only make theirs duty to deliver the parcel.

You must check with your tracking number, if it show that parcel has been delivered,
Then the Canada post will have record of the address which are not yours.

The company are the one who sent product for you, they must take responsible, can not say you must run yourself to China post. The company must do that, because they ask from China post to sent, not you ! you just show the prove from Canada post. The rest the company must claim it for you.

What kind of company like that ?
Do thy have customer service or not ?
