1. I think something went wrong with your parcel and was return to seller.

2. You should contact seller as soon as possible to ask him what is happening with your parcel.

6. If he does not want to understand, then open a dispute and get your money back! You have plenty of tracking that show the parcel was delivered in China not to you in Ukraine.

7 Forget about contacting China EMS, just contact seller as soon as possible to get your parcel, if not then open dispute.

I had the same issue with a parcel sent via EMS that was posted from this same postcode 518021. The seller took nearly a week to post and it got as far as china customs and was delivered back to sender 7 days later. It did not even leave china.

So frustrating, makes me wonder whether this post office is the cause of the issues OR the seller. Out of interest who was your item purchased from?

My item is being sent DHL instead now because EMS is so slow.
