Dear reader,

I would like to ask help about my package that I’ve send to a friend in China.
The last update about this package was the estimated delivery date on October 7th. But now there is no such thing.
Can you please help me?

CC103551566NL arrived in Chengdu on Oct 9. The parcel is waiting for receiver to make customs clearance. Did you write the receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel? If yes, receiver should have received a message with a pass code to do online customs clearance. If not, then you need to ask receiver to call 028-85885101 and ask for help.
