Hello,my package hasnt moved in 2 weeks .i was wondering if the flights from shanghai to new york are still cancelled? My tracking number is LY480089107CN. Thank you!

flight from shanghai to NEW York is running, but there are too many parcels delayed in typhoon season, your parcel might need one or two more weeks to line up for flight space. Please be patient.
