I tried calling both of the Track-ChinaPost help phone numbers listed on this site to help with my problem, and the line disconnected after saying "This phone number is not used". I live in Honduras, so I can't track my package in this country. Please give me a customer support phone number that I can use.

We do not accept any phone calls. You need post your tracking number and question in this forum. We do our best to help you in response post.

Okay. My tracking number is RU883650105CN I just need to know if my package is already in Honduras, and if it is, can I please know which courier service is handling it, thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU883650105CN shows the parcel arrived Mexico city airport on Sep 25. It should be on the way from Mexico city to Honduras. Normally transit from Mexico to Honduras will take no more than 30 days. Not sure why it is delayed.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Nov 7, open dispute for lost parcel.

I live in an underdeveloped part of my city and the post office always gets confused about my address, so I have to call and clarify where exactly I live, so that they can deliver the package. I'm sure that's what's happening to the parcel right now, (because that's what always happens) which is why I need at least the name of the company, like UPS, FedEx, etc, so I can call their local branch and inquire about my parcel. I really appreciate your help, thanks.
