I bought a t shirt from soccer fan shop website and it has been 37 days and it got back to China after it got here to Saudi Arabia And the seller don’t even answer my messages anymore and this is the tracking number RX711042368CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RX711042368CN shows the parcel was returned to China by Saudi Post on Jun 20. if you paid with paypal, you need open dispute for non-arrival order.

call your bank and see if they can help you to get the money back against fraud. It might be difficult but deserves a try.
Next time please use PayPal or other buyer protection service to pay online order.
