Hello.
I'm Italian and I joined this forum to get help as soon as possible.
I can not understand what happens with my shipment.
From October 23 the tracking is not updated.
I can not understand if the package is waiting to be loaded on the plane and how much longer I will have to wait.
Perhaps it is the fault of the translation from Chinese to English, but the tracking information is not clear.
The tracking is this EA907271435CN
I also contacted the seller who only told me that the package was sent.
Please help me give me detailed information.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=EA907271435CN shows the parcel was shipped From Shenzhen to MXP on Oct 23. It is waiting for flight space from china to MXP and Italy import processing. You can not see new status until the parcel passes customs. this no-information stage will last for 7 to 30 days.

Once the parcel passes customs clearance in MXP airport, Italy website will shows new status in Italy location.

I did not understand if he left on October 23 with a plane from China?
Or is it still waiting for the first plane available for Italy?

China Post will lost control after your parcel is given to airline. It might be in airline warehouse waiting for flight space to Italy ,also might be in Italy customs waiting for import processing. You can not know exact situation at this moment.

After Italy customs releases the parcel to Italy post , then you will see new location as Italy post will scan and update its new status.

Based on our experience, the parcel now is more likely in Italy customs. Italy customs processing speed is often very slow. You can not do anything except waiting.

Hello.
For 16 days that the tracking of my package is not updated, I contacted the Italian customs that tells me that the package has not yet arrived in Italy.
Can I understand why there is such a big delay in shipping?
Is it possible that it is still waiting for a plane to Italy?

Italy customs officer can not know if the parcel is in their customs because none scan the parcel there. So their words do not make any sense.

What we are sure is that the parcel now must be in somewhere in the middle of China Post warehouse and Italy Post warehouse. It could be China airline storage or Italy customs warehouse or some transit country's airline warehouse. You can know exact situation until someone scan the parcel(next scan will be done by Italy Post worker after Italy customs releases the parcel to them).
