Post help! chinese post deficiency?

I have shipped to China after eBay the following package: CO991087940RO.
It have shipped on 6.07.2015.
In entered China on 11.07.2015.

Until the present day, 10.08.2015, the package is still stuck in the post office.
Can someone please help me figure this out?
Does it take so much to process a package????
