two of my orders showing as "Held by customs". What i have to do ? is there any risk not getting parcel?

India Post website shows the parcels are in CHENNAI (MADARS) AIR, Transfer from office of exchange (Inb), Air, BANGALORE SUB FGN POST.

You need contact India Post for delivery detail.
