Thank you for quick response on my last post, it is greatly appreciated.
As you suggested in the last post, I emailed the company, they said to
try the tracking number again.

LY294867680CN

When I tried the number again I received a response saying:

2018-06-20 / 19:01:00 / Beijing EMS international Corp Shipping Center collected
(collector::Shipping Center ,Phone :)
2018-06-21 / 13:19:04 / left Beijing going to New York JFK Airport

but that was the last update, It has been a week since then,
could you inform me if my package has actually left China
or where it might be? Thank you for your time and efforts
in this matter.

LY294867680CN is waiting for flight space from Beijing to JFK airport. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time, this is normal, no need worry.
