hi my package with the tracking code RP038063115CN has had changes of statuses,

has it left China?
How long will it take?

if it hasn't left China, how will i know it has?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Oct 1st. After sent to airline date, you need wait 2 to 6 weeks to get the parcel in UAE.

Also make sure you must have p.o box number in the parcel, UAE post will reject any parcel without po box number in the parcel.

Are ZIP/Postal Code the same as P.o Box number?

P.O box number is the P.o box you rent from UAE post office. UAE post does not deliver the parcel to your home, you need go to UAE post office and pickup the parcel from p.o box .

My package has arrived in Dubai, I have written the wrong Postal Code.

How do i change the postal code?
How long does it take?
are there any extra charges?

You need go to UAE post branch in Dubai Central Post Office and pickup your parcel.
