The tracking for my parcel - CV057594139US says"Guangzhou Has Been Imported" Does that mean it is stuck in customs?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CV057594139US shows "Guangzhou import customs scan" on Jun 23. If your receiver is in Guangzhou, he/she will get it this week.
