Post Guangzhou packages?

My family has ordered two packages and both have stop getting updates since making it through customs at Guangzhou. One was ordered early July: LY415917470CN and the other ordered August 10th: LY572780738CN. Are there any known reasons for the delay? More so for the July package? Thanks.

USPS.com shows the first parcel LY415917470CN status: Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 4:59 pm on August 17, 2018. You will get it very soon.

The 2nd parcel LY572780738CN is still waiting in Guangzhou for flight space to Chicago. Based on your 1st parcel result, you might need wait another 30 days to get it in USA.
