Just having a problem with one parcel. Has left China almost month ago ( on air ) and it still hasn't arrived to destination according the tracking system . French La Poste tracking system doesn't recognize tracking China Post tracking number ( it works on CN tracking website OK ) .
Who should we contact? How to claim the lost parcel from FR post?

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean it is on the flight to your country. It will keep waiting another 4 to 8 weeks in airline warehouse waiting for processing and flight space.

So you need wait about 2 to 4 weeks to get it in France. The parcel delivery will be handled by France Post. After it arrives France, France Post( La Poste) website will show its location in France.

but China Post customer service told us on the phone that parcel has already boarded the plane to Chilly-Mazarin ( France ) . From where they got this information from?
