Hello my Epacket tracking is LY404832892CN. It has been a month with no movement so I am just wondering if it is lost or when I should dispute this order.

LY404832892CN is delayed in Shanghai. I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Aug 8, open dispute for refund.
