To whom it may concern,
Firstly, thankyou for informing me about my delivery as it did arrive. However, when i got my parcel (tracking no. LZ682604934CN) there was only 3 items when my order specified 4 items. Is there a seperate delivery for the fourth item, if so can you please find out as to when i will recieve my missing item?

your seller did not ship the goods as your order, you need open dispute to PayPal/ebay/aliexpress/amazon against fraud.
