Hello , please can you help me with my shipment .. I sent it from Algeria to China by EMS , and it has arrived to china in 09/10/2018 , and when it reached Guanzghou EMS .. They say it's on route to hong kong since 18/10/2018 !
Here is my tracking number :EE801632204DZ

Delivered in Hong Kong on 22 October. http://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/mail_tracking/index.html shows:

I take it it wasn't addressed to Hong Kong? China Post seems to think it was.
