Hi,

Recently bought something from Ebay.
Seller : 365-buy-2011 (Good Reputation)
Destination : Philippines

I chose it to be shipped for free. I saw some websites say that if its free you can't get a tracking or what now. I somehow manage to get this tracking number through my Ebay page 44521652068 (Yes, this is my first time purchasing something online and international).

I emailed the seller, and they stated that they can't provide a tracking number. The only website that I can track this order is through here http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php .

It has been stuck in this status :

Its really bothering me as their email support doesn't really seem to care. One said that it was shipped out on the 13th, the other said on the 15th and the tracking says its the 16th that it did arrived for security scan (which has been taking too long).

Can you please help me track this package? (I'm not really sure what's the difference with package and parcel)

It says on the tracking estimate it takes about average of 14 days to maximum of 20 days waiting for the package to get to the philippines. Should I start counting now? Or when the package gets past security scan?

If its through free shipping, would the package be delivered to my address or it would be hold at the post office?

Also. these guys are really eager to promise that they will reship or refund if I don't receive it by the deadline in august. All they do is push me out.

I'm really sorry for the rant. I'm just so paranoid and frustrated as this is the first time I'm buying something online.

Can you please tell me more whats the status freeze is and what's it under? Is kt like still part of secuirty scanning?
