It's been two weeks, and my package still shows the same message. My other packages shipped after this one are already in America. I'm not really sure who to contact from here or where my package is

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=EA303390759CN shows the parcel still stuck in Nanchang. It should be seriously delayed by holiday.

I suggest you wait one more week, it should have new update b Oct 21.
