Hi, i'm waiting for a parcel from China. Last time EMS sent my parcel to France, incorrect country, and they send it back to the sender. And now i'm waiting for my parcel again. Could you see the destination country? Do you think it could changed? Here is my tracking code EA403842686CN. It says On Route what is that mean?
And here is my last tracking code EA348705047CN where they sent it to the wrong country, you could see it was supposed to be sent to Italy, and it was changed to France.The address on the package was correct. Does it happened often?

It can happen sometime that parcel was sent to wrong address

It was like this last time. And it was sent to France. I hope this time they will get it right.

i mean it was like this the last time, showed on the way to Italy but they sent it to France.

EA348705047CN is on the way to Italy. Italy customs clearance and import processing is slow. You need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel.

EA348705047CN was returned to shipper on nov 1. You can not get it anymore. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
