Can you tell me where this package is. LZ935527035CN. It was shipped on the 15/10/18 with 2 other packages which have been received last week but still nothing on this one.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ935527035CN shows the parcel left china post warehouse in Guangzhou on Oct 15. Next station will be Royal Mail customs processing warehouse in London.

You can not see new status until the parcel passes UK customs scan. This might take 10 to 20 days. Once Royal Mail get the parcel from UK customs, you will see new status in Royal Mail website.
