This is my tracking number LY738962824CN and it says that the delivery failed. How it is even possible to fail if there is a P O?

USPS.com shows USPS was unable to deliver your item as of 9:03 am on October 2, 2018 in HOPKINTON, MA 01748. The address may be incorrect, incomplete, or illegible.

Youo need go to USPS office in HOPKINTON, MA 01748 and pickup the parcel by yourself.

Yes but no note has been left and I went for another parcel today and this one was not there. The address is correct.

Your address should be correct but your shipper might have written incomplete address. You need go to that post office to pickup the parcel.
