To whom it may concern,

I recently checked the tracking on my order (Tracking Number LZ682604934CN) and apparently the status as of the 27-8-2018 at 12:57, the delivery failed. How did the delivery fail and what will happen to my order. I paid a lot of money for this order to be done and now it seems my order failed to deliver as it may be lost. Please investigate this and find out why the delivery failed

Australia Post the parcel is in RESERVOIR VIC, Awaiting Collection at RESERVOIR POST SHOP.

You need contact Australia Post to pickup the parcel asap. If you believe seller shipped the parcel to wrong address or wrong city, open dispute to aliexpress/paypal to claim refund.
