Hello. In my tracking info im getting message that my delivery was failed even do noone came to deliver it. Tracking nr Lz502011486cn.

Royal Mail website shows the parcel is in Post office of Dartford DO. You need go to that post office to collect the parcel.

Can you give me royal mails tracking nr so i can rearange a delivery? Thanks.

you can use same number LZ502011486CN to track it in Royal Mail website.
