I tracked it and it was sent to airline on 25th December. It's been more than 4 weeks with china mail and more than 6 weeks since order. Kindly reply as I am worried now if it is lost or having some other issue.

Dear China Post,

Your answer is not clear. The parcel has reached in Saudi or what?
As per the status on china post it states that the parcel was picked on 22 December 2013 from DX.com so how come saudi post comes in the picture.

Kindly clarify where is the package now.

of course the parcel now is Saudi and is picked up by someone. you should contact Saudi Post for detail.

I checked with Saudi Post. They are saying that parcel has not reached in Saudi. Kindly do me a favor and check where it is. Thank you for your usual support.

the parcel was rejected by safety department. you need to open dispute.
